Butter Chicken (READY TO COOK MASALA)

Ingredients

  • Tomato
  • Refined Oil
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • House Brand Cashew Nut
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • House Brand Chilli Powder
  • House Brand Cumin
  • Green Chilli
  • House Brand Bay Leaf
  • House Brand Cardomom
  • House Brand Cloves
  • Water

Method

  1. Marinate 300g chicken cubes with 3g of House Brand Chilli Powder and 3g of salt. Keep aside for 10 minutes. (Marinating is optional for best result)
  2. Heat 50g butter in a large cooking pan and fry the chicken cubes till half cooked
  3. Add in house brand Ready to cook butter chicken masala and simmer until the chicken is cooked, add 50 ml water if required.
  4. Optionally add 50g of fresh cream and cook for another 2 minutes. Finish with chopped coriander leaves.
