Keep aside for 10 minutes. (Marinating is optional for best result) Heat 50g butter in a large cooking pan and fry the chicken cubes till half cooked Add in house brand Ready to cook butter chicken masala and simmer until the chicken is cooked, add 50 ml water if required. Optionally add 50g of fresh cream and cook for another 2 minutes. Finish with chopped coriander leaves.
