PUNJABI STYLE CHICKEN KEBAB


Ingredients To Marinate

500 gm boneless chicken cut into cube

2 tbsp ginger paste

2 tsp garlic paste

1 tsp black pepper corn crushed

1/4 tsp House Brand Cardamom powder

1/2 tsp House Brand Garam Masala powder

1/2 tsp House Brand Briyani powder

1/2 tsp House Brand Cumin Seed powder

1/2 tsp mango powder

1 tbsp melted butter

3 tbsp corn flour

1 whole egg

3 nos green chilli chopped

Satay skewer for kebab



Ingredients for frying

1 cinnamon stick, 3 cloves, 3 cardamom, star anise, 1 bay leaf

Cooking Method


1. Mix all the above ingredients into a bowl; add the chicken cubes.

2. Then set aside for 1/2 hour to allow the chicken to marinate.

3. Skewer the chicken into the satay stick and set aside.

4. Heat a pan and grill the chicken.

Option 1: If you are using a grill, wrap the skewered chicken in an aluminium foil and then grill.

Option 2: If using oven, lay the parchment paper on the tray before laying the skewered chicken on the tray.
