GARAM MASALA CHICKEN
1 no of boneless chicken cut into 12 pcs (pre cook the chicken with 1.5 litre of water and set aside)
2 nos of large onion largely chopped
2 nos of tomato cut into small cubes
4 nos of red chilli cut in half
50 gms of ginger paste
50 gms of garlic paste
2 stalks of coriander leaves chopped
2 stalks of curry leaves
50ml of lime juice
70 gm of yoghurt
80gm of House Brand Garam Masala powder
Salt to taste
150ml of ghee or cooking oil
Ingredients for frying
1 cinnamon stick,3 cloves,3 cardamom, star anise,1 bay leaf
1. Heat oil in a large pan, add the ingredients for frying and fry for 1 min. Add the onion; sauté the onion for 2 minutes; add tomato & chilli and fry till the tomato is soft
2. Add ginger, garlic paste & cook for 1 min; add boiled chicken; salt to taste; mix well; cover the lid and cook for 3 minutes in a low flame.
3. Add the House Brand Garam Masala powder;yoghurt; mix it well till the spice blend with the chicken. Add salt to taste; mix well; cover the lid and cook for 3 min in a low flame.
4. Add lime juice; chopped coriander and curry leaves ;stir the thick garam masala gravy slowly
